After enjoying a glass of Pol Roger Champagne & a lobster & prawn remoulade brioche finger upon your arrival, feast on a delicious Reef & Beef buffet. Begin your feast with Coffin Bay natural oysters with mignonette, wicked prawn cocktail served with baby gem lettuce & russian dressing, brodetto of mussels, saffron & tomato broth, fennel pollen & ciabatta and beef carpaccio, pickled mushrooms, pecorino, rocket salad & truffle.

Then enjoy larger plates of whole fried baby barramundi, with bonito soy & spring onion; miso blackened salmon with pickled wild mushroom & saffron pickled Japanese daikon and Whole roasted snapper with braised fennel & blood orange. Finish your lunch with our mouth watering mustard & rosemary rubbed Wagyu rostbif served medium rare.
